SUMMARY
Treasury Services Assistant works closely with the Treasury Services Team to ensure uptime and optimal performance in all financial services areas. Supports stores in all aspects of the daily operation of ATM, Coinstar, Check Cashing, Lottery, Money Orders and Money Transfers, and others as applicable. Adheres to all Northeast Shared Services policies and procedures, as well as, regulatory and legal guidelines. Ensures a high level of Customer Service is delivered at all times. Maintains customer confidentiality. Promotes a professional image and maintains positive relations with all contacts, customers, and co-workers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide store support for all ATM, Coinstar, Check Cashing, Lottery, Money Orders (MO) and Money Transfers (MT) operations on a daily basis.
Support shared inboxes (e.g. lottery, MO/MT) and the phone line.
Support all projects, related to the Treasury Services areas, including stores opening and closing, remodels, relocations, equipment upgrades and changes, among other things.
Use reports to complete uptime and accuracy monitoring and escalate all concerns and problems to Treasury Services Manager.
Compile performance reports for all lines of service in a clear format on the regular basis.
Prepare and send periodic reports to Store Office Supervisors.
Assist with third-party audits, trainings, and periodic trade partner meetings.
Assist in the implementation of ongoing stores trainings and documentation updates.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of money transfers and money order procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2-year business degree preferred.
Store experience preferred.
